“This isn’t fair!”
I hear this all the time.
No, it’s not fair… life is not fair.
It’s not fair that some people are naturally skinny (some would call them skinny bit$#@s), while you seem to gain a pound in split seconds of eating a order of fries.
It’s not fair that you wake up earlier each morning to exercise and prepare healthy meals, while some people wake up late and grab mouth-watering donuts at the drive-thru.
It’s not fair that 99% of what you find at the grocery store is food that makes you fat and diseased, and that has been engineered to taste good, and look good.
It’s not fair that naturally skinny people try to give you advice and tell you how to live your life.
It’s not fair that you actually gain fat faster each time you gain an extra pound, making it too easy to wake up one day with dozens of pounds of extra flab.
Weight loss isn’t fair. Being healthy isn’t fair.
Don’t give up though.
If you stick with your plan long enough and change your body, people around you will start telling you the same old saying you’ve been telling yourself for months:
“This isn’t fair! Weight loss is so easy for you!”
